This distinction recognizes outstanding achievements that advance scientific understanding and foster the development of resilient urban environments and infrastructure systems.
The award will be presented during the ICONREM 2026 Conference.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to individuals who have made a significant impact in resilience research or practice.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellence in both theoretical innovation and practical engineering applications related to resilience.
- The award is open to all professionals and researchers, regardless of organizational or association membership.
Selection Process:
- Nominations are reviewed by a committee of experts in resilience and structural engineering.
- The selection committee evaluates nominees based on the significance, originality, and practical impact of their contributions.
- Only one recipient is selected each year.
